Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
NukeMail provides temporary, receive-only email addresses. You get a temporary address, use it to receive emails and move on. There is no sending, replying or forwarding. The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, email delivery or uninterrupted availability.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use NukeMail for lawful purposes only. The following are explicitly prohibited:
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any inbox without notice if we detect abuse.
NO GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY
We don't guarantee that all emails will be received or delivered. Some websites and services maintain blocklists of temporary email domains and may reject emails sent to NukeMail addresses. NukeMail rotates fresh domains to minimize this, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every website.
DATA DELETION
Data retention and deletion are covered in detail in our Privacy Policy. In summary: free inbox data is deleted after 14 days, premium data after 3 months of inactivity and individual emails after 30 days. You can delete your inbox and all data immediately at any time.
AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be 13 years or older to use NukeMail. We don't knowingly provide services to children under 13.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NukeMail is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We aren't liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost emails, missed verifications, expired data or service interruptions.
AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
NukeMail displays advertisements from affiliate partners to free users. These ads are clearly marked with an “AD” label. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, NukeMail may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This revenue helps keep the free tier available. Affiliate relationships do not influence the content of our guides or comparison pages. Premium users don't see any ads.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of NukeMail will be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If resolution isn't possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the service operator's location.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects changes. Continued use of NukeMail after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions, reach out via our contact page. See our FAQ for common questions.
