How does cancellation work?
Click Manage subscription, then Cancel. No retention call, no email sequence, no friction. The whole thing takes about five seconds. You keep premium until the end of your current billing period, then you go back to a free inbox.
What happens to my emails if I cancel?
Your inbox locks at the end of your billing period, but every email is preserved for 3 more months. Resubscribe inside that window and everything unlocks exactly how you left it. After 3 months, the data is permanently deleted.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Your premium is tied to the access code shown inside your inbox (a NUKE-XXXXXXXXXX string). Save it somewhere safe. That code is how you reach your inbox from any device. No email, no password, no signup form.
How quickly does premium activate?
The moment Stripe confirms the payment. You'll be back on NukeMail with full premium features in under 10 seconds. No "your subscription is being processed" waiting room.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and any regional method Stripe supports for your country. Your card details never touch our servers, Stripe handles all of it.
Will my address get blocked on websites?
Free domains sometimes get added to disposable-email blocklists. Premium gives you access to cleaner premium-only domains, plus up to 5 of your own custom domains. Between those two, you can almost always find one that gets through.
