NukeMail

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about NukeMail.

Is NukeMail free?

Yes. Every inbox is completely free for 24 hours. Receive unlimited emails, click verification links, copy codes. No limits, no payment required. Need longer? Premium starts at $3 for 1 week.

How long does my inbox last?

24 hours of full access. After that, your inbox locks. You can still see who emailed you and the subject lines, but the email content is restricted. Your emails are kept for 14 days in case you want to unlock with Premium. After 14 days, everything is permanently deleted.

What is an access code?

Your access code is a unique code like NUKE-7Xk9mP2vL4 that identifies your inbox. You don't have to save it if you don't want to but if you do it lets you get back to your inbox from any device. No password needed, just the code.

Can I use NukeMail on my phone?

Yes. NukeMail works on any device with a web browser. Create an inbox on one device then open it on another using your access code.

Do I need to keep the tab open?

No. You can close the tab and come back anytime. If you're on the same device and browser, your inbox loads automatically. From a different device, just enter your access code.

Can I send emails from NukeMail?

No. NukeMail is receive-only. You can use your temporary address to receive emails, but you can't send, reply or forward from it.

Can websites detect I'm using NukeMail?

Some websites keep blocklists of known temp email domains and may reject them. NukeMail rotates fresh domains so your address looks like a normal email (e.g. [email protected]), not an obvious throwaway. But there's no guarantee it works everywhere. See the website compatibility guides for specific sites.

What happens after 24 hours?

Your inbox locks. You can still see who emailed you and the subjects, but you can't read the content. Two options: unlock with Premium to get full access back or start fresh with a new free inbox.

What happens to my emails after I delete my inbox?

Gone. Permanently. When you click "Delete Inbox", your access code, email address and all received emails are wiped from the database immediately. There are no backups. No one can recover it.

I lost my access code. Can I recover it?

If you're on the same device and browser, your inbox loads automatically when you visit nukemail.app. From a different device, there's no way to recover it without the access code. That's by design.

Do you store my personal data?

No. NukeMail doesn't ask for your name, email, password or any personal information. No IP tracking, no tracking cookies. The only data stored is your temporary email address, received emails and access code. Read the full privacy policy.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, with Premium. You can connect up to 5 custom domains and receive emails at any address on them. Just add the required DNS records and verify ownership. Your custom domain stays private to your account.

Does NukeMail show ads?

Free users see non-intrusive ads from affiliate partners like NordVPN. These are clearly marked with an "AD" label. Ads never overlay content, auto-play video or cause layout shift. Premium users see zero ads.

How much does Premium cost?

$3 for 1 week · $9 for 1 month · $20 for 3 months. One-time payment, not a subscription. No auto-renewal, no recurring charges. You get: extended inbox time, up to 20 email addresses, up to 5 custom domains, no ads and exclusive domains. Visit the pricing page to get started.

What are premium domains?

Premium domains are exclusive email domains available only to Premium users. Because fewer people use them, they stay off blocklists much longer than free domains. This means your email address is less likely to be rejected when signing up for websites or services.

What does the NEW badge on a domain mean?

Domains with a NEW badge were added in the past 10 days. Fresh domains are less likely to be blocked because they haven't been flagged by blocklist services yet. As domains age, the badge disappears and they enter the regular rotation.

Can I share my premium account with someone else?

Yes. Your access code is yours and you can share it with whoever you like. Multiple people can use the same premium account at the same time. There are no device limits or simultaneous session restrictions.
