Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about NukeMail.

Is NukeMail free?

Yes. Every inbox is completely free for 24 hours. Receive unlimited emails, click verification links, copy codes — no limits, no payment required. Need longer? Premium starts at $3 for 1 week.

How long does my inbox last?

24 hours of full access. After that, your inbox locks — you can still see who emailed you and the subject lines, but the email content is restricted. Your emails are kept for 14 days in case you want to unlock with Premium. After 14 days, everything is permanently deleted.

What is an access code?

When you create an inbox, you get an access code — a short code like NUKE-7Xk9mP2vL4. This is how you get back to your inbox from any device. Think of it as your inbox key. Save it somewhere safe. There are no passwords, no accounts, no signup — just the access code.

Can I use NukeMail on my phone?

Yes. NukeMail works on any device with a web browser — phone, tablet, laptop, desktop. Create an inbox on one device, then open it on another using your access code.

Do I need to keep the tab open?

No. You can close the tab and come back anytime. If you're on the same device and browser, your inbox loads automatically. From a different device, just enter your access code.

Can I send emails from NukeMail?

No. NukeMail is receive-only. You can use your temporary address to receive emails, but you cannot send, reply, or forward from it.

Can websites detect I'm using NukeMail?

Some websites maintain blocklists of known temporary email domains and may reject them. NukeMail rotates fresh domains to minimize this — your address looks like a normal email (e.g. [email protected]), not an obvious temporary one. But we can't guarantee it works everywhere.

What happens after 24 hours?

Your inbox locks. You can see who emailed you and the subjects, but can't read the content. You have two options: unlock with Premium to get full access back, or start fresh with a new free inbox.

What happens to my emails after I delete my inbox?

Gone permanently. When you click "Delete Inbox", your access code, email address, and all received emails are immediately and permanently removed from our database. We do not keep backups of deleted data. No one — including us — can recover it.

I lost my access code. Can I recover it?

If you're on the same device and browser, your inbox is saved automatically via a cookie — just visit nukemail.app. From a different device, the inbox cannot be recovered without the access code. This is by design for privacy.

Do you store my personal data?

No. We don't ask for your name, email, password, or any personal information. We don't track your IP address. We don't use tracking cookies. The only data we store is your temporary email address, received emails, and access code.

How much does Premium cost?

$3 for 1 week · $9 for 1 month · $20 for 3 months. One-time payment, not a subscription — no auto-renewal, no recurring charges. Premium unlocks: extended inbox time, up to 10 email addresses, no ads, and exclusive domains. Premium is coming soon.
