Temp Mail Blocked on Discord?

Temp Mail domains are blocked on Discord. Here's why and what you can do instead.

Why It's Blocked

Discord blocks Temp Mail domains during account registration to prevent bot account creation and raid coordination. Temp Mail's domain pool, while regularly rotated, is programmatically discoverable through its API, which allows Discord's engineering team to automatically update their blocklist. New Temp Mail domains are typically flagged within days of appearing, leaving a very small window of usability.

What You Can Do

Temp Mail's API-discoverable domains are its biggest weakness for Discord registration. Services that don't expose their domain pool programmatically are harder to track. NukeMail maintains its domains privately without any public API for domain discovery, which means automated blocklist tools can't scrape and catalogue them.

Discord is a platform where account age and server membership history matter. If you plan to participate in communities, a dedicated ProtonMail or Tutanota email gives you both privacy and account stability. Neither requires an existing email to sign up.

For quick, reliable privacy, Firefox Relay creates alias addresses on @relay.firefox.com that Discord accepts without question. It's free and sets up in seconds with a Firefox account.
