Sharklasers Blocked on Instagram?
Sharklasers domains are blocked on Instagram. Here's why and what you can do instead.
Why It's Blocked
Instagram blocks Sharklasers (sharklasers.com, guerrillamail.info, grr.la, and other related domains) during signup. Sharklasers is actually part of the Guerrilla Mail network and shares the same domain infrastructure, so all of its domains are flagged by Instagram's disposable email detection. Despite the different branding, the shared backend means that if Guerrilla Mail is blocked, Sharklasers is blocked too.
What You Can Do
Since Sharklasers shares infrastructure with Guerrilla Mail, using any domain from that network will fail. The solution is an entirely separate service with independent domains. NukeMail operates its own domain pool that has no connection to the Guerrilla Mail family, and the domains are chosen to look like regular email providers rather than novelty names like "sharklasers."
For Instagram specifically, Apple Hide My Email is the smoothest option on iOS. It generates a @privaterelay.apple.com address directly in the signup flow, and Instagram trusts Apple's infrastructure completely.
SimpleLogin and Firefox Relay offer cross-platform email alias options. Both create forwarding addresses on reputable domains that no major platform blocks.
